The Pinetarsol Solution addresses a variety of skin irritations, including itchiness, inflammation, and discomfort caused by conditions like dermatitis, chicken pox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, hives, insect bites, and anal and genital itching. It also provides relief for symptoms associated with psoriasis.
Replace soap with Pinetarsol solution to soothe sensitive and inflamed skin. This soap-free alternative has a balanced pH of 6.5 to provide gentle cleansing and relief.
This solution is perfect for addressing dry, itchy, inflamed or flaky skin conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, and severe itching. You can use one capful (5ml) for very inflamed skin, diluted with water. Be sure to shake the bottle before use. When bathing, add 15-30 ml to a warm to tepid bath (5ml for a baby's bath or hand basin). Bathe for 5-10 minutes once daily, or more often in severe cases. Pat the skin dry afterwards. For showering, apply directly to wet skin, leave for a few minutes, and briefly rinse before patting the skin dry. For smaller areas or patients in bed, add 10ml to 3L of water and sponge the affected area before patting the skin dry.
Contains 2.3% w/w of pine tar and 6% w/w of trolamine lauril sulfate as active ingredients.
For external use only. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. Keep it away from children. Contains: Phenethyl alcohol 1.0% w/w as a preservative. Remember to store it below 30 degrees Celsius.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We will arrange for the product to be collected from you at no charge, or we may ask you to dispose of it responsibly. If a pickup is arranged, a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number will be provided, which must be clearly displayed on the outer return packaging.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please ensure you have a copy of the delivery docket, invoice, or proof of purchase documentation for verification.
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, Therapy Products Hub will accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is a standard stock item and was not specially ordered upon your request.
For nutritional products, they must have at least 30 days of shelf life remaining and not require special storage.
You contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product remains in its original, unused condition. Packaged items must be unopened, unmarked, and in a re-sellable condition.
Proof of purchase (delivery docket, invoice, etc.) is provided.
You obtain a GRA number by contacting our Customer Service team, and this number is displayed on the external return packaging (not on the product itself).
You agree to cover a restocking fee, which includes the cost of arranging the return (unless you personally return the goods to our warehouse).
If these criteria are met, you can opt for a refund or a credit on your account for future purchases.
